Works within the project team, under direction, communicating and coordinating with colleagues, with ability to offer guidance and mentoring to others.Plans, monitors and manages the completion of the MEP installation and testing, using installation expertise and business''s management processes.Manages onsite and liaises with project Sub-contractors, Sub-Subcontractors and Suppliers. Accountable for programme, HSW, and quality deliverables of their package or system.Coordinates and manages onsite interfaces between packages.Liaises and coordinates with key project stakeholders Design CMT and Construction teams.Establishes risk identification and the production and implementation of mitigation plans.Supervises and the use of modern methods of construction, learning about digital technologies and prefabrication.Provides comprehensive implementation onsite of Mace''s standards and project strategies.Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during delivery of work.You’ll Need To Have

An advanced knowledge of a technical trade (Building Services Engineering) including installation and testing methods, best practice and prefabrication to allow supervision, planning, and quality control of a package or system assigned to the individual.Proficient knowledge of other technical trades, including basic installation techniques, prefabrication and best practice to ensure collaboration with other systems and packages.Proficient knowledge of construction build elements, including sequencing and dependencies to ensure collaboration with build elements.Basic knowledge of commercial management to assist the commercial teams with control of a package, such as clean up notices, goods receipts and contract charges between packages.Proficient knowledge of planning processes and management, with understanding of key construction release requirements, critical path, tasks/works scheduling and commissioning activities for planning and control of a package or system during construction.Proficient knowledge of health, safety and welfare core elements such as working from height, electrical safety, fire safety, logistics and lifting; to provide awareness and ensure safe management of supply chain packages.Proficient knowledge of quality assurance processes and commissioning of single systems to achieve full completion of their package, and assist in integration of systems.Proficient knowledge of digital setting out and scanning technologies.Basic understanding of integration of systems through Cause and Effect, BMS and IST integration periods.Experience in the relevant MandE construction sector.Able to explore innovative approaches using new technology and help others adapt.Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey information clearly and confidently.Adaptable to changing priorities, focused on delivering results and exceeding client satisfaction; treat others with respect in a fair and consistent manner.Ownership and ethical, legal, and responsible behavior; self-aware and resourceful.Efficient resource and task management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset; provide coaching and support to others to reach their potential.Able to persuade and influence others toward a desired course of action.Completed Technical/Engineering Apprenticeship (Trade/Technical) or equivalent.Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; Relevant CSCS Card.SMSTS Health and Safety Training.You’ll Also Have
