Pay: -52,479 + Company Van & Fuel Card

Full-Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join their growing team in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional with experience in social housing, repairs, maintenance, or compliance contracts to take ownership of electrical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors.

• Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
• Supervise electricians and subcontractors, providing technical support and guidance
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational reporting
• Maintain accurate records of certifications, inspections, and completed works
• Support staff development through coaching and mentoring
• Attend client meetings and support contract delivery across the region

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2 Qualification
• Test & Inspection Qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
• Previous experience within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments
• Full UK Driving Licence
