Electrical Qualified SupervisorLocation: West LondonPay: 52,479 + Company Van and Fuel CardFull-Time Permanent Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join their growing team in West London.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional with experience in social housing, repairs, maintenance, or compliance contracts to take ownership of electrical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contractsEnsure compliance with electrical regulations, health and safety standards, and company proceduresSupervise electricians and subcontractors, providing technical support and guidanceCarry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to a high standardManage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational reportingMaintain accurate records of certifications, inspections, and completed worksSupport staff development through coaching and mentoringAttend client meetings and support contract delivery across the regionEssential Requirements:NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation18th Edition Wiring RegulationsAM2 QualificationTest and Inspection Qualification (City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent)Previous experience within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environmentsFull UK Driving LicenceBenefits:Company van and ..... full job details .....
