Electrical QS - SolarAs a Qualified Supervisor Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality electrical installations and providing technical supervision and oversight to ensure all electrical work is completed safely, correctly and in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.Responsibilities:Working on renewable energy and heating installations, primarily in domestic settings, including Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations and EV charging points.Carrying out first and second fix electrical installations.Inspecting, testing and certifying electrical installations.Completing Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) and other relevant electrical certification.Acting as the company''s Qualified Supervisor, providing technical oversight and ensuring electrical work meets requirements and applicable regulations.Carrying out quality checks and inspections of electrical installations completed by the wider electrical team.Providing technical advice, guidance and support to electricians and apprentices.Identifying and resolving electrical and technical issues, providing practical and compliant solutions.Ensuring all electrical installations comply with BS 7671 (18th Edition), Building Regulations, NICEIC requirements and relevant statutory legislation.Supporting the development and maintenance of safe systems of work and electrical best practice.Ensuring appropriate records, certificates and documentation ..... full job details .....
