Electrical Projects EngineerLocation: BridgwaterSalary: £50,000Shift: Monday - Friday DaysA growing and well-established manufacturer in Bridgwater is looking to recruit an Electrical Projects Engineer to support ongoing investment across its production facilities.This is a hands-on role focused on machinery installation, automation and electrical projects, working closely with the engineering team to support the delivery of new equipment and production improvements across site.The position would suit an electrically biased engineer with strong experience in PLC-controlled manufacturing environments, who enjoys working on installations, commissioning and automation improvements rather than purely reactive maintenance.The RoleWorking as part of the engineering team, you will support electrical and automation projects across the site.Typical responsibilities include:Supporting installation and commissioning of new production machineryDelivering electrical aspects of CAPEX projects across manufacturing linesInstalling electrical containment, cabling and control panels for new equipmentCarrying out on-site electrical work including cable pulling, terminations and testingSupporting upgrades, relocations and modifications of existing machineryPLC fault finding and diagnostics on production equipmentSupporting PLC programming and controls modifications where requiredCommissioning equipment including PLCs, HMIs, drives and automation systemsWorking alongside OEMs and system ..... full job details .....
