Electrical Project Manager - Central LondonSalary: 85,000- 95,000 + car allowance, travel, pension and private healthcareWe are working with an established MandE contractor with an annual turnover of approximately 30m. The business specialises in delivering high-end commercial fit-out and super-prime residential projects, with MandE packages valued at up to 7m.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects across Central London.The RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to final handover. You will manage the programme, commercial performance, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handoverReviewing designs, specifications, drawings and technical submissionsDeveloping and managing project programmesProcuring and managing specialist subcontractors and suppliersMonitoring project costs, variations and commercial performanceChairing progress meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractorsManaging site teams and ensuring works are delivered to programmeMaintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and complianceOverseeing testing, commissioning, snagging and final project handoverCandidate RequirementsA ..... full job details .....
