Location: Halesowen (Office-based with site visits)

Overview
An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team based in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware professional with a strong track record delivering residential and commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from inception through to completion
• Oversee projects with values up to -5M+
• Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Monitor project progress, reporting on performance and addressing any issues
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs and variations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector
• Strong background in residential and/or commercial projects
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects valued up to -5M+
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets effectively
• Relevant electrical qualifications (preferred)
