We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery meets both financial and quality expectations.This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected contractor that values expertise, collaboration, and long-term relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage electrical packages on multiple CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Lead planning, procurement, and delivery of electrical works.Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project progress.Monitor and control project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Coordinate design, procurement, and installation phases to ensure seamless project execution.Manage and mentor site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient operations.Attend regular project meetings to provide progress updates and resolve issues proactively.Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and industry standards.Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector.Strong background in MEP projects, ideally with CAT A and CAT B delivery experience.Demonstrable understanding of financial management including cost control and forecasting.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, or degree in Electrical Engineering or similar).Benefits
