Electrical Project Manager (Small Works) London and Surrounding Areas Permanent Up to £75,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits An established and growing Principal Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Small Works division, delivering fast-paced electrical projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected business delivering projects within live commercial environments, working with high-profile clients from initial concept through to successful handover. The Role You''ll take ownership of multiple electrical projects, ensuring they''re delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, designers, commercial teams and subcontractors, you''ll oversee the full project lifecycle while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships throughout. Responsibilities Manage electrical projects from survey through to completion and handover. Coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Lead site teams, driving programme, quality and health and safety standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, designers and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project programmes, risks, variations, RFIs, technical queries and change control.
