Electrical Project Manager About the Project We are currently delivering a major commercial development a high-specification school / hospital project and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a key role overseeing all electrical activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery within programme and budget. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all on-site electrical works, including subcontractors and direct labour teams Review and interpret electrical drawings, designs, and technical specifications, ensuring correct installation to project standards Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality, compliance, and adherence to electrical regulations (BS7671) Work closely with the Construction Manager, MEP Manager, and wider project team to ensure smooth integration of all building services Implement and monitor health and safety procedures ensuring RAMS, PPE, permits, and safe systems of work are in place Oversee testing, inspection, and commissioning phases; review and sign off all relevant documentation Track progress against programme, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation plans Support handover, snagging, and defect resolution activities to ensure client satisfaction Maintain accurate daily/weekly records including labour, materials, progress, and site reports Attend and contribute to coordination, design, and progress meetings ..... full job details .....
