Electrical Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major commercial project within a high-security environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background and experience delivering complex electrical projects. Candidates who already hold EL2 and/or CLC security clearance are highly desirable. The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of electrical works across a complex commercial project, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Electrical Project Manager Key responsibilities: Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion. Managing electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Coordinating electrical works with other trades and project disciplines. Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and resources. Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Managing variations, risks, technical issues and project documentation. Liaising with the client, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards, legislation, HandS requirements and project specifications. Leading project meetings and providing regular progress reports.
