Electrical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join our team on a major commercial project.

Electrical Project Manager-Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from inception through to successful completion.
• Take responsibility for programme, budget, quality, and delivery of electrical packages.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Coordinate electrical works with the wider construction programme and other trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical documentation.
• Attend project and client meetings, providing regular progress updates.
• Monitor project costs, variations, procurement, and commercial performance.
• Ensure electrical works are delivered safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and project standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Electrical Project Manager-Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and building services.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
