Electrical Project Manager

Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing MandE contractor delivering projects across London.

This is a site and office-based role, overseeing electrical works within live environments including medical facilities, commercial offices, and banking premises. Project values typically range from £250k to £500k, with responsibility for managing up to two projects simultaneously.

You will report to a Senior Project Manager and oversee a Site Manager, taking full responsibility for project delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end project delivery
- Managing multiple live environment projects
- Coordination of site teams and subcontractors
- Programme management and reporting
- Client liaison and progress meetings
- Budget control and commercial awareness
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Quality control and project handover

Candidate Requirements

- Electrician by trade (JIB Gold Card or Black Card)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Proven experience delivering projects within live environments (essential)
- PRINCE2 (desirable)

Salary and Package

- £65,000 basic salary
- £5,000 travel allowance
- 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (3 to be taken at Christmas)
