Project and Small Works Manager (Electrical)Leicester £45,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsReed Engineering is recruiting for an experienced Project and Small Works Manager on behalf of a successful and growing electrical contractor with an excellent reputation across the commercial, industrial and specialist sectors.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager looking for a varied role that combines project delivery, small works management and commercial responsibility within a supportive and forward-thinking business.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will also play a key role in pricing, quoting and managing small works and reactive maintenance projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical projects from planning through to successful handover.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and project resources.Monitor progress, manage programmes and resolve any project issues.Manage project variations and additional works.Prepare quotations for small works, maintenance and reactive electrical projects.Assess labour, material and subcontractor requirements.Manage awarded small works projects through to completion.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Attend site and client meetings.Ensure compliance with ..... full job details .....
