Our client, based on the Dudley and Wolverhampton border, is a specialist Mechanical and Electrical contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors. They are seeking a full-time, permanent Project / Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an office-based role with regular site visits as required. The company specialises in industrial and commercial projects ranging from new warehouse fit-outs to hotel refurbishments. They also undertake work within care homes, leisure facilities, and public sector buildings, offering a varied and interesting project portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from tender handover through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A strong electrical background is essential, with knowledge of mechanical installations being advantageous. Responsibilities Manage electrical and MandE projects from tender award through to final completion. Review tender documentation and work closely with the commercial and estimating teams during project handover. Plan, programme, and coordinate all project activities to ensure successful delivery.
