Electrical Project Manager

Meridian are looking for an Electrical project manager to deliver an electrical install project on St James'' Park. This will be a commercial project delivering the installation on the executive suites, boxes and bar areas. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver the project with in the 13 week time period.Requirements for this role:Electrical background requiredCommercial project experience, ideally from design and pre-con up to handover stageUp to date knowledge of industry standards, compliance, contract forms, and Health and Safety is essential SMSTS not essential, but is preferredExperience managing Electrical trades, e.g Apprentices, Electricians, Electrical Testers, and SupervisorsStrong commercial awareness and financial control skills (costing, forecasting, reporting)Experience managing labour, subcontractors, and supply chain performanceStrong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issuesExperience in design and pre-con is not essential but would be a bonusDuties include:Full project delivery of commercial electrical contractsDeliver works in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and response timesPlan and manage resources, materials, budgets, and onsite workers effectivelyProblem-solve when there are potential issues onsite by communicating clearly with onsite management and office staffWork with the other members of the commercial and project team to identify, price, and deliver maximise ..... full job details .....
