Electrical Project Manager - Central LondonSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 + packageLocation: Central LondonJob Type: PermanentLethaby and Cook are working with a well-established electrical contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London.This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is delivered safely, professionally and on programme.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing electrical projects across commercial offices and similar environments. Duties will include overseeing labour, materials, programme, health and safety, client meetings, variations, progress reports and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.You will need to be confident managing site teams, dealing with main contractors and clients, and keeping projects moving without turning every minor issue into a three-act drama.The CandidateWe are looking for someone with a strong electrical background, ideally from the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector.
