The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all electrical aspects of the project from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all electrical works on a refurbishment projectOversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety requirementsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersManage project budgets, costs, and procurement of materialsConduct site inspections and quality control checksResolve technical issues and ensure efficient project deliveryRequirements:Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally on refurbishment or retrofit projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and current regulationsExcellent project management and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesStrong communication and leadership abilitiesRelevant electrical qualifications and/or certificationsExperience with project management tools and softwareSMSTS OR SSSTS Desirable:Experience working on ..... full job details .....
