Electrical Project Manager Milton Keynes £70,000 £75,000 + Car Package + Bonus A well-established commercial contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager or Electrical Project Engineer looking to take responsibility for a range of commercial MandE projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Role: • Managing electrical projects from tender/pre-construction through to completion • Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality and commercial performance • Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams • Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams • Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation • Managing project programmes, costs and variations • Attending client and project meetings • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification The Candidate: • Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction/MandE • Strong electrical installation and project delivery knowledge • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders • Good understanding of project programmes, costs and variations • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Ability to manage projects from start to finish • Relevant electrical qualifications or industry experience This role would suit an ..... full job details .....
