Electrical Project Manager

Windlesham, Surrey £75,000 - £85,000+ Package (DOE) Contract option available: £400 - £450 per dayWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading MandE contractor delivering works on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham.This role would suit an Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Previous pharmaceutical or high-level laboratory experience is not essential, as the project is predominantly commercial in nature, incorporating some medical gas installations and associated building services works.The Role Lead and manage electrical building services packages from inception through to completionCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budgetAttend and lead project progress meetingsOversee commissioning activities and project handoverMonitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management Requirements Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager within the MandE sectorExperience delivering commercial projects from pre-construction through to handoverStrong understanding of LV distribution, lighting, power, containment and electrical building services systemsExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsExperience within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments would be advantageous but is not essential What''s on Offer?
