The project involves upgrading existing building services, including replacing gas boilers with air source heat pumps, removing redundant gas installations and upgrading existing electrical switch panels. Working within an occupied building, you will oversee the delivery of electrical works, coordinate activities with the appointed contractor and ensure the project progresses safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the client, building management and tenants, providing regular progress updates and ensuring that works are properly sequenced to minimise disruption to the building''s occupants.
