Electrical Project Manager Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Package Sector: Electrical Building Services MandE Commercial Construction Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity An established and growing building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Milton Keynes team. With a strong pipeline of commercial projects secured across the region, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, working with clients, consultants and site teams to deliver high-quality installations safely, on time and within budget. Projects include commercial fit-outs, CAT A and CAT B refurbishments, design and build schemes, electrical infrastructure upgrades and specialist building services installations. This role would suit a commercially aware Electrical Project Manager who enjoys managing the full project lifecycle and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and client handover. Lead all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, programme management, installation, testing and commissioning. Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, engineers and site teams. Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved. Oversee procurement of materials, plant and subcontract packages.
