Electrical Project EngineerLocation IpswichSalary £50,000 OTE PAReports To Electrical Engineering ManagerRole Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to lead and deliver electrical engineering projects within the Electrical Engineering Team. You will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high technical and safety standards. These projects vary from a wide range of large complex heavy industrial settings but you will join a team of experienced and well qualified experts. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capability, and stakeholder coordination within a manufacturing / industrial environment. The team work across Electrical Inspection and Testing, Power Quality Monitoring, Process Control Systems, Control Panels, EV Charge Ports, Thermal Imaging and Switchboards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliverySupport electrical projects from initial concept, design, manufacture and installation.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipmentProvide technical support on PLCs, drives, motors, and instrumentationReview and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation Compliance and SafetyEnsure all work complies with relevant regulations (e.g., BS7671, IEC standards)Promote and enforce ..... full job details .....
