About the role We have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Rail team in London .The primary purpose of this role is to support all technical and commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical installations on BB projects. This includes ensuring that site operations are conducted safely and that the company''s business processes are meticulously followed throughout the construction project. What you''ll be doing The role will have the following responsibilities and accountabilities: Review of the Estimate/Tender for the project, in conjunction with the project team, to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined and awarded by the Client; Organisation of the resources necessary to execute the project in a safe, efficient and profitable manner; Communication to project team of all necessary information including contract conditions, specifications, drawings, work instructions and BB policies and procedures for the execution of the project; Supervision and motivation of project team, including training and development, in the execution of the project and maintaining good industrial relations throughout; Establish a productive and harmonious working relationship with the Client, achieve a clear definition of all of BB''s responsibilities concerning construction and coordination activities and develop contract opportunities; Ensure the efficient production ..... full job details .....
