Electrical Project Engineer

Salary - £48,000.00 Location - Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN16 1XA Pattern of Work 36.5 hours, Monday - Friday What you need to know about the role As an Electrical Project Engineer, you ll work in a small group of electrical project engineers supporting manufacturing operations and projects, setting electrical standards and improving electrical compliance. Additionally role will have some responsibility for a number of central service contracts. You ll support a range of engineering activities, including: • PLC, drives and Scada fault finding, development and replacement. • Maintenance of site electrical record storage and associated systems. • Support business and manufacturing plan electrical duty holders with up to date technical and compliance information. • Project involvement, from design and technical submissions through to installation and commissioning of capital works. • Technical leads for various electrical and instrumentation technologies. • Develop and update internal electrical technical standards. • Assist customers with performance and reliability improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and delivering practical solutions. • Safety-first mindset, ensuring all activities align with our rigorous safety standards.
