Electrical Production Engineer / NPI EngineerLocation: Cannock Salary: Up to £43k per annum - DOEHours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:15pm Friday 8:00am to 12:00pmAs an Electrical Production Engineer / NPI Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by delivering production engineering solutions, ensuring accurate engineering data, and driving projects from concept through to production. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into production-ready solutions while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, cost optimisation, and delivery performance. You will also support apprentices and junior engineers, contributing to the development of engineering capability across the business.Key Responsibilities of this Electrical Production Engineer / NPI Engineer role: Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through to full production release.Develop production-engineered solutions from customer specifications and requirements.Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), item cards, routings, and engineering documentation.Provide technical support throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.Ensure products are designed for manufacture, assembly, and continuous improvement.Support electrical and production engineering activities across the business.Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and product revisions. ..... full job details .....
