Electrical / Plumbing Bias - Workplace AdministratorContract Dates: 14 September 2026 - 2 October 2026 Reason for Vacancy: Annual Leave Cover Location: London, EC1M 6AL Working Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm 5 days a week Pay: 19.19 per hour PAYE/ 25.00 per hour Umbrella Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Workplace Administrator with an Electrical/Plumbing bias to provide temporary cover during annual leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, safety and presentation of the workplace, carrying out routine maintenance checks, responding to minor facilities issues and ensuring the office environment remains safe, functional and well maintained. The role requires someone who is practical, organised and able to work independently, while confidently prioritising competing maintenance and workplace requests.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance and Fault FindingCarry out basic low-voltage electrical maintenance safely and within the limits of your competency.Reset trip switches and replace fuses, bulbs and other basic components where appropriate.Undertake minor repairs to sockets and electrical equipment.Carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) where suitably trained and authorised.Follow safe electrical isolation procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).Site requirement: Confirm whether formal 18th Edition and/or NVQ electrical certification is required.Minor Plumbing and Fabric RepairsCarry out basic ..... full job details .....
