Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer/ Electrical Engineer.Salary: 36,000 - 38,000 per annum.Location: Glasgow, Scotland Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility) On-Call Schedule: Available.Looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer with a strong background in electrical maintenance and building management systems, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems and equipment are running efficiently.Test and diagnose power quality issues, ensuring optimal performance.Perform emergency light testing and routine checks on critical systems.Understand, interpret, and follow technical drawings, instructions, processes, and OandM manuals.Undertake upgrade and installation works to improve systems and equipment.Work alongside sub-contractors to coordinate repairs, ensuring all tasks are performed in line with company policies.Regularly monitor and analyse environmental conditions and review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment.Troubleshoot and identify the root causes of failures and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.Maintain accurate records of all site work logs and paperwork.Undertake other duties as required to ensure smooth site operations.Key Qualifications and Experience:18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (essential).Proven experience in working with building management ..... full job details .....
