You will be responsible for the dismantling, inspection, repair, refurbishment, assembly and testing of pumps, working both within the workshop and at customer sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a mechanical or electrical engineering background who has experience working with pumps, rotating equipment, electric motors or diesel pump sets. Key Responsibilities De-contaminate pump units prior to inspection. Dismantle, inspect and report on the condition of pump units. Assemble and test pump sets. Identify required spare parts using engineering drawings. Produce detailed inspection reports. Carry out mechanical measurements of components and critical dimensions.
