You''ll be the go-to mechanical engineering lead on shift, supporting both your team and production to keep everything running safely and efficiently.You''ll be:Taking ownership of CMMS work orders and keeping mechanical maintenance activity up to dateLeading and supporting PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and production equipmentDiagnosing and resolving mechanical faults to reduce downtime, with support on electrical issues where neededPlanning and organising maintenance activity to improve line performance and availabilityWorking closely with production teams to hit performance targetsSupporting shutdowns, overhauls and planned mechanical maintenance activitiesCoordinating contractors and making sure work is done safely and correctlyDriving continuous ..... full job details .....
