Electrical ManagerLocation: PeterboroughSalary: 50,000 - 55,000 + PackageJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Manager to join a well-established and growing construction and building services organisation. This role will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee multiple electrical projects across various sectors.Lead and support electrical supervisors, site managers, electricians, and subcontractors.Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme requirements, budgets, and quality expectations.Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to senior management.Review specifications, drawings, and technical submissions.Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation, and company standards.Attend client meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and resources to maximise efficiency.Resolve technical and operational issues throughout project delivery.Support estimating and pre-construction teams where required.Carry out ..... full job details .....
