The role will involve managing the day-to-day operation of the small works function, coordinating engineers, managing workloads and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and resolving any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate electrical small works projects from start to completion. Coordinate field engineers, scheduling, workloads and resource allocation. Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed on time and to the required standard. Liaise with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues.
