Maintenance TechnicianBedlington Our client is a leader in their field are recruiting for a Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team!Roles and Responsibilities:Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment to achieve business targets Competent in all Maintenance Engineering principles Demonstrate company values through behaviourRespond to equipment breakdown, diagnosing and rectifying faultsUndertake planned preventative maintenance activitiesPerform fault finding on equipment and source partsAnalyse breakdown causes and instigates corrective actionsUndertake minor electronic repairsUnderstand the needs of production and make adjustments to ensure good process control and qualitySet up machines and teach others how to do soParticipate in Quality Improvement TeamsObtain quotations and raise Purchase Requisitions for machine partsKeep up to date Preventative Maintenance logs, machine breakdown details, service and repair recordsUndertake risk assessments on a variety of plant and equipment across the siteEnsure that safe working practices are always adoptedIdeal Candidate:BTEC NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship HNC in relevant Engineering/Maintenance discipline Electrically biased within maintenanceMicrosoft Office skills (including Excel, Word and Outlook) Knowledge of PneumaticsSAP experience desirable5+ years outside of apprenticeship experienceProven Fault Diagnosis Experience Total Planned Maintenance (TPM) knowledgeStrong attention to detail, capable of ..... full job details .....
