Electrical Maintenance Team LeaderCovering 2 sites (Leeds and Barnsley) - 3 days at one site and 2 days at the otherSalary £50,000 + company carMonday-Friday - Days only (flexible working hours)Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting an Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader for a manufacturing business in Leeds/Barnsley. while staying technically involved in day to day maintenance within a critical environment.The roleThis is a hands on role, leading a small team and take ownership of maintenance activity across the site. Responsibilities include:Hands on delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across plant, equipment and building systemsMaintenance of electrical systems including fire alarms, batteries and uninterruptible power suppliesBoiler maintenance, water testing and strip down for inspectionsAllocating work and supervising engineering activity using the works management systemTraining new starters and apprenticesCompleting risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of workLiaising with site users to plan shutdowns of critical systemsWe are looking for Electrical Maintenance Engineers/Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:Strong electrical maintenance experience, ideally a HNC in Electrical EngineeringExperience working in a regulated or critical environmentPrevious experience leading or supervising engineers would be advantageous but also open to an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer Confidence prioritising work and communicating with ..... full job details .....
