Electrical Maintenance Surveyor

Our client a public sector provider require an Electrical Maintenance Surveyor!

• 3-6 months - but expect this to be extended.
• -300.00 to 350.00 per day (Umbrella as inside IR35) PAYE rate is available. rate can also be converted to hourly rate if preferable.

The role :

Electrical Maintenance Surveyor required for all matters relating to the Electrical condition of our clients Property Portfolio.

The role : To assist the Engineering Maintenance and Building teams in the overall landlord role, maintenance and minor works of a number of Council and Independent Properties of differing size, age, construction and use.

The post holder will assist the team in providing the liaison between building user (tenant) and Property Services, ensuring good working relationships with other maintenance disciplines and the involvement and participation of the building user.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, continuous updating of condition survey reports for all properties within their portfolio to ensure all maintenance requirements are captured.

This is an excellent opportunity to look at a potentially long term contract.
