Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established but growing manufacturing business operating within a heavy industrial environment. This is a key leadership role within the maintenance team where you will lead and develop the electrical function on site, driving continuous improvement, compliance and reliability across plant operations. Key Responsibilities Act as a champion for electrical improvements. Lead and deliver electrical improvement projects (planning, budgeting and execution) Apply preventative and predictive maintenance practices to improve plant reliability Identify and highlight long-term plant risks - support senior management with repair and investment plans Monitor completion and quality of electrical tasks (audits and spot checks) Identify skills gaps within the team and implement development plans Support team retention Ensure all statutory electrical inspections are completed in line with legislation and follow-up actions closed out Conduct weekly safety briefings and participate in near miss reporting and safety actions Skills and Experience Required 18th Edition qualified Proven experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment Management or supervisory ..... full job details .....
