Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Location: Wandsworth, London (short walk from Wandsworth Town Station) Salary: Up to 58,000 per annum + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday + occasional weekends with time off in lieu) About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-profile site within a large commercial building in Wandsworth, just a short walk from Wandsworth Town Station. Working for a well-established Facilities Management company, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team and play a key role in maintaining critical electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 4 electrical engineers Oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards Allocate workloads and monitor team performance Support with fault finding and complex electrical repairs Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors Requirements: Proven experience in an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Previous experience leading or supervising a team Good understanding of health and safety compliance 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred) What We Offer: Salary up to 58,000 Monday to Friday ..... full job details .....
