This is a great role if you''re looking to progress further in your career, join a well established building service provider and receive all the opportunities to progress internally!As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure all relevant works are carried out on electrical and mechanical systems (PPM and reactive maintenance), liaise and book in contractors, troubleshoot / fault find on systems, liaise with the client and respond to their needs.As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (CandG/EAL/NVQ or equivalent), at least 5 years experience working within commercial maintenance, and a good understanding of commercial MandE systems.Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Duties: PPMs and Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
