As the-Electrical Maintenance Operative,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Electrical Maintenance Operative-will be responsible for:

• Deliver planned and reactive-electrical maintenance in line with BS 7671 and site standards.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, SHE, and statutory regulations at all times.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately, updating systems and records as required.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and management to resolve issues.

To be successful for this Electrical Maintenance Operative role you must have:

• 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification-
• Level 3 NVQ diploma in installing Electrotechnical systems and Equipment.
• AM2 passed (desirable)
• Proven experience providing electrical maintenance services in a large, complex environment.
• Practical knowledge of building services systems including power distribution, fire, security, HVAC, and public health.
