Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

Looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday electrical role with variety, autonomy and a great work-life balance?

We’re hiring an Electrical Maintenance Operative to support a growing UK property portfolio across South Wales and the Midlands.

You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, keep sites safe and compliant, and help ensure facilities are well maintained.

• £30,000–£45,000 salary
• Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
• 40p per mile fuel allowance
• 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays
• Free storage unit, recognition schemes and referral rewards

• Complete electrical maintenance, inspections and repairs across multiple sites
• Diagnose faults and deliver safe, effective fixes
• Follow health and safety, Permit to Work and incident reporting procedures
• Log completed work accurately using internal systems

• Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition certification
• IPAF licence and full UK driving licence
• Confident working independently across multiple sites
