This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of qualifications, including Pearson Level 3 BTECs and City and Guilds Level 3 T Levels, within both classroom and workshop environments.You will play a key role in preparing learners with the technical skills, knowledge, and professional behaviours required for progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study within the electrical and engineering sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and industry-relevant programmes of study tailored to learner needs across classroom and workshop settings.Design and deliver assessment programmes in line with awarding body and organization standards.Use diagnostic assessments to identify learner strengths and areas for development, implementing timely interventions.Maintain accurate records and participate in internal and external quality assurance processes.Promote high standards of learner behaviour, attendance, and progress while supporting taking teaching ..... full job details .....
