Job Description: As a Maintenance Engineer, you ll play a key role in the day-to-day maintenance of a busy manufacturing site. Working on a continental shift pattern, you ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring that machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. Skills and Experience Required: Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant maintenance discipline (electrical or mechanical). Strong fault-finding abilities across mechanical and/or electrical systems. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential. Hands-on experience with 3-phase motors. Proven exposure to reactive maintenance scenarios, with the ability to respond effectively under pressure. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
