What You''ll Bring Electrical Systems: Maintain low-voltage (LV) power distribution, floor distribution boards, lighting controls (DALI/KNX), emergency lighting, and small power systems across all floors. Mechanical & HVAC Support: Conduct routine checks, belt changes, and basic fault finding on air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, pressurisation units, and water treatment systems.
