Salary: -48,000 + plenty of overtime Location: Static, new high end office space Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
