      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | Company Overview:    My client are looking to take on experienced multi skilled maintenance electrician to work on a large commercial site in the City.      Salary -40,000 - -45,000  Static Site - Commercial building in the City of London  Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings &amp; weekend)       Responsibilities:    Planned maintenance and reactive maintenance on site  Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution.  Small installation  Generators  Air Conditioning Units/HVAC systems  BMS   Sprinkler &amp; fire alarms   Plant room checks   AHU maintenane        Requirements:    NVQ / C&amp;G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship  17th/18th edition  Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)   Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
