Company Overview: My client are looking to take on experienced multi skilled maintenance electrician to work on a large commercial site in the City. Salary 40,000 - 45,000Static Site - Commercial building in the City of LondonMonday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings and weekend) Responsibilities:Planned maintenance and reactive maintenance on sitePerform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution.Small installationGeneratorsAir Conditioning Units/HVAC systemsBMS Sprinkler and fire alarms Plant room checks AHU maintenane Requirements:NVQ / CandG Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship17th/18th editionProven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
