Maintenance Electrician | High-End Commercial Site

Location: Central London (Static)

Salary: -46,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 No Call-Out Rota

The Role

Working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the building''s electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and power distribution.

• Reactive Maintenance: Rapid response to electrical faults and equipment failures across the site.

• Minor Installations: Small-scale project work and plant room upgrades.

• Compliance: Ensuring all works meet current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).

• Collaboration: Working alongside mechanical engineers and fabric technicians to deliver a seamless service to the client.

What You''ll Need

We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys a fast-paced, high-specification environment.

• Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).

• Certification: 18th Edition (BS7671) is essential.
