Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a diverse educational campus. Fault-find and rectify issues with single/three-phase power, lighting, distribution boards, and emergency systems. Once trained/qualified, act as the site''s High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP), managing HV switching schedules and issuing permits to work. Oversee external contractors and ensure all work complies with health, safety, and building regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and compliance documentation. What We Are Looking For Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) and 18th Edition.
