What you''ll do: Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the commercial building. Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services. Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently. Support minor electrical works, remedial repairs, and building services projects where required. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance requirements. What you''ll bring: City and Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline. 18th Edition qualification. Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
