What You ll Be Doing: Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on pumps, conveyors, and packaging machinery Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency Working collaboratively within a skilled engineering team Helping shape a proactive, solutions-driven maintenance culture What You ll Bring: A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering. Solid experience in both mechanical fitting and electrical fault finding A background in manufacturing, ideally food, drink, or packaging A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment What s In It For You: A competitive starting salary of £50,000, rising after probation.
